I WENT to the new post office in WH Smith in Altrincham - they haven't only got problems with the lift situation, they also have not got a post office outside the premises.

I was told there are other post boxes around Altrincham and to use those when the post office is closed. Has anyone ever heard of a post office without a post box outside its premises?
