THE forthcoming EU elections will see the decimation of the two main parties and Brexit parties will win; the effect across Europe will be huge.
People voted for Brexit, like myself, to restore accountability of government to the UK people that government is there to serve.
However we also voted Brexit to regain control over our increasingly multi tiered and remote democratic system.
Brexit is about regaining national control over our parliament, laws, courts, armed forces and trade agreements and ensuring that UK taxes, such as the 25 per cent of VAT income we give to the EU, are returned to us.
The EU vote will give the people, whose votes have been ignored before, the right to assert control over their country which is everything the EU and some in Westminster and Whitehall denies them.
Many believe that this will be the last chance to have a vote on our nation’s independence.
